I love this!!
This is the inspiration behind the workshops and classes I will be running this year.
Many of us find it difficult to accept ourselves completely for who we are without feeling under pressure to behave/look/speak/dress a certain way.
It is also important to develop ourselves so that as well as accepting ourselves we can also strive to be
THE BEST VERSION OF OURSELVES.
We can do this with help from experts who can give tips and guidance to fine tune our thinking, and habits and also improve our confidence and self esteem.
I am planning to run events at my studio in S8 with the following experts,
Jeni Ferguson - Mindset
Amy Bartle - Rest and Restore
Clare Shepherd - Nutrition
Jayne Spencely - Meditation and Self Esteem
These events will run on Saturday morning/afternoon or week day evenings.
I am excited to announce the first event which will be on
Saturday 10th March 1-4pm and will be Mindset and Relaxation. We will begin the afternoon with a talk on Mindset by Jeni which will last around 75mins, this will be followed by a refreshment break and a chance to chat to Jeni and ask any questions. We will then have a 1hr Gentle yoga and relaxation session. The cost of the event will be £25 and numbers are limited to 9.
